Our Pet Policy

At 4800 Excelsior, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer.

One-Time Pet Fee: $300 per pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet

Pet Limit: 75 lbs per household

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

Application Fee: $50
